Fiber Processing
Our production facility processes approximately 60 tons of dehaired cashmere and natural fiber materials annually, covering key operations such as combing, dyeing, and spinning.
During the combing stage, coarse fibers and impurities are removed to create a clean and uniform fiber suitable for spinning. This process plays an important role in improving yarn softness and consistency.
The dyeing process is carefully controlled to ensure stable color results while protecting the natural softness and strength of the fibers. Temperature control and dyeing time are closely monitored to maintain fiber integrity.
Our spinning process converts processed fibers into yarn with controlled structure and strength. Factors such as twist level, yarn count, and tension are carefully adjusted to achieve stable performance during knitting.
By maintaining strict control over each stage of fiber processing, we are able to produce yarns that retain the natural characteristics of cashmere while supporting reliable garment production.
