Our factory is located in Baotou, Inner Mongolia, one of the world’s key regions for high-quality cashmere production.
3 Where does your cashmere come from?
We source cashmere from Inner Mongolia, including fine Arbas cashmere known for its softness, fiber length, and durability.
4. Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a direct manufacturer, operating our own production facilities and managing the entire production process.
5. Are you a vertically integrated manufacturer?
Yes. Our production covers fiber processing, yarn development, sampling, and garment manufacturing, allowing better quality control and stable production.
6. What fibers do you specialize in besides cashmere?
In addition to cashmere, we work with Merino wool, lambswool, silk blends, and other natural fibers.
7. Do you offer OEM services?
Yes. We provide OEM manufacturing, producing garments based on our clients’ designs, materials, and specifications.
8. Do you provide ODM or private label services?
Yes. We support ODM and private label development, helping brands develop products and collections under their own label.
9. Can you help develop new styles?
Yes. Our development team creates over 1,300 new styles each year and supports product development and technical sampling.
10. What information do you need for a quotation?
To provide an accurate quotation, we typically need: design images or sketches, yarn or material requirements, gauge, quantity per style, and delivery timeline.
11. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on the product type and yarn program. We aim to provide flexible MOQs to support brands of different sizes.
12. Do you provide samples before bulk production?
Yes. We provide development samples and pre-production samples for approval before starting bulk production.
13. How long does sample development take?
Sample development usually takes 7–14 days, depending on the design complexity.
14. What is your bulk production lead time?
Bulk production typically takes 30–60 days after sample approval and material confirmation.
15. How do you ensure product quality?
We follow strict quality control procedures, including raw material inspection, in-process inspections, and final product quality checks.
16. What certifications does your factory have?
Our factory is certified under ISO9001 (Quality Management), ISO45001 (Occupational Health & Safety), ,ISO50001 (Energy Management) and ISO14001 (environmental management) and is recognized as a National Green Factory.
